The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) is a national, member-driven, non-profit association dedicated to ensuring that healthcare organizations of any size across Canada are equipped with the most capable, competent, and effective leadership possible to provide the best care and services to their patients, clients, and families. CCHLcelebrates its 50th anniversary and its nearly 25 employees, based in mainly Ottawa, but spread across the country, are enthusiastic to see CCHL continue to grow. With 20 chapters across the country, the College represents 3 900 (and growing) individual leaders and corporate members. |

LEADS Canada |
||
Working within the Canadian College of Health Leaders, LEADS Canada was established in 2012 and partners with health organizations, health authorities, professional associations, universities, and municipal and provincial governments to provide co-created leadership development programs based on the LEADS in a Caring Environment (LEADS) capability framework. LEADS Canada is currently providing LEADS-based leadership development services in all provinces across Canada, each tailored to the nuances of their respective environmental context. |
