The LEADS online Community for Practice (CFP) enables members to interact with others across Canada who are also using LEADS in a variety of ways and settings. Membership in the LEADS CFP provides access to discussion forums, leadership development research articles and LEADS resources. The posting of resources, either created internally at organizations or research of interest, is encouraged. If you’ve ever registered for a LEADS Canada event, workshop or webinar, you already have a LEADS online profile. If you have not had the opportunity to do so, you can still join the CFP by contacting us at any time. Members are encouraged to share their resources, experiences and learnings on the implementation and integration of LEADS to facilitate its’ use in new settings and in new ways. Bruce McLeod is the LEADS CFP Moderator. Bruce is both a certified LEADS Coach and Facilitator and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and excitement to the role. Bruce’s role as moderator is to participate in discussion forums, encourage dialogue and share interesting resources. However, there is the potential for much more sharing and development. To access your online LEADS membership profile, login using the username and password you created when registering for a LEADS event or membership. Please note that if you are a Canadian College of Health Leaders member, you will need to create a separate login for the LEADS Canada website.
