Coalitions can take on many different faces, from total failures to true partnerships. They fail mostly because the relationship has not been established purposefully and because the political (small p) is not being navigated with skill. As a result, trust is low or lacking.

These two capabilities of the D-domain will be addressed in an interactive online environment where the discomfort of distrust will be recreated and where differences between organizational cultures will be highlighted.

Join Dr. Jaason Geerts and our special guest Join Dr. John(y) Van Aerde for this module-based, online Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) that will take a deep dive into two of the Develop Coalitions capability within the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework. There is also a unique integration of self-directed learning, guided learning, and interactive discussions based on a recent article.
